
übr water announcement & giveaway!
Great news! I have just signed on to be a spokesperson for übr water. I am so super psyched for this opportunity. I absolutely make sure to drink water regularly and stay hydrated every day. I am still nursing (trying to stop soon though) and extremely active throughout my day, which means I need all of the hydration and nutrients I can get. I have always been diligent about drinking water; but I never realized it’s important to make sure I’m drinking the right kind of water. When I was introduced to übr water, I started learning more about the benefits of alkaline water.
Alkaline water, like übr water, has a higher pH level than plain tap water. Studies have shown high pH waters can help neutralize acid in the bloodstream and boost the metabolism. High pH waters also help the body absorb nutrients more effectively. I find I’m less hungry on the days I drink two to three 24 oz. bottles of übr water. It’s not proven; but also possible that alkaline water can help prevent against disease, slow the aging process and help slow bone loss.
Things I love about übr (besides it’s great taste and hydration qualities) are the packaging, the bottle is sleek and fits easy in my purse or a cup holder on Timothy’s stroller, the BPA free plastic used, and the reminder to recycle the bottle on the outside. I also love to carry a refillable water bottle with me but it’s not always convenient nor easy to fill it up. I don’t feel guilty about drinking übr then making sure I recycle the bottle; and it’s also actually a great bottle for watering my plants here in NYC.

I stay hydrated by adding lemons, limes and blueberries to my water.
I bring a bottle of water with me to work every day and make sure to drink it all before I leave. Congrats on being the new spokesperson!
I try to make sure I have a bottle on my desk so that I always have water. That and I rarely (maybe once a month) drink pop. Water wins!
I drink water as a cold drink almost exclusively, try to stay active, and eat healthy.
First thing in the morning I drink 2 cups of water. I always have water bottles with me and rehydrate every 10-15 minutes.

I drinks lots of water throughout the day – plain and flavored which allows me to drink even more. I exercise 4-5 days a week by running so I always make sure I drink a lot before and after runs to stay hydrated.
I stay hydrated by carrying a water bottle with me at all times. I make sure to drink even if I don’t feel thirsty, because I know I need the extra hydration.

I stay hydrated and healthy by making sure that I keep my water intake steady throughout the day (not drinking too much at once, which tends to throw my electrolytes way off balance). Sometimes too much water can be a problem.
I’ve never had a problem drinking water. And when I teach, I almost always have a refillable bottle of water on me (though sometimes, I get caught up in the coffee or Cokes and forget the water). My bigger challenge is making sure I don’t have dry skin. Or worse, a very dry nose. So I make sure to keep the humidifier on in the bedroom.

I always carry water with me, and I make sure to drink at least 12 ounces of plain, pure water right after my cup of coffee in the morning. Plus, I never get started on my workout without having my water close by to replenish all of the fluids lost!
