Stocking Stuffer Ideas!
One of my favorite things about Christmas is waking up in the morning to see what’s inside my stocking! Yes, my mom still goes out of her way to find the most awesome little gifts to put in each one of our homemade stockings; and I’m making it a goal of mine to do the same for my family. Below are a list of some of my favorite little items, and I’m certain they will make the people in your life very happy on Christmas morning.
DVDS!–Perfect for your active family members and just the right size to slip in to a stocking.
Pascha Dark Chocolates–I’m in love with these organic dark chocolates and especially the little individually wrapped ones. I put them in the freezer and savor a square every night.
Kaia Natural Face Wipes–These little natural wipes made of bamboo have become my go to quick cleaning pads. I love the smell and they take everything off from my eye make up to the city dirt my face has accumulated during the day. They are perfect stocking stuffers especially for those who travel often. I love to take the individually wrapped ones with me when I go on trips and carry them in my purse for after yoga class or the gym. I use them on Timothy as well.
Aura Cacia Essential Oils–Essential oils are such a nice gift and they make everyone happy. I especially love the peppermint or uplifting orange and lemon oils. Aura Cacia makes a lot of cool things infused with their natural oils that can make for awesome gifts.
Rainbow Light Gummy Vitamins–Most people I know have a hard time remembering to take their vitamins. Well these little nifty packets are easy to take and taste good, so no one will forget to take these healthy treats. I think the kids ones are perfect alternatives to sugary candy in the stocking; and my son personally loves them and looks forward to having one every day.
Socks–I know it seems cliche to throw socks in a stocking; but everyone needs socks! And, let’s face it, how often do we go buy new socks for ourselves? Sof Sole socks aren’t just any socks either, they’re comfy, performance based and come in a variety of styles for each specific need.
Headband–I’ve shared Violet Love Headbands with you all before. I think they are SO cute and extremely practical. You can use them to pull your hair back or the new fleece lined ones can cover your ears and keep you toasty and stylish all winter long. I plan to give my mom, sister in laws, and niece one this Christmas.
Posters–Children Inspired Design posters are truly special. Eco freindly and inspiring global art for children, this is the gift that keeps on giving. I got the our world alphabet poster for Timothy since he loves his A,B,C’s. They come rolled up and all you have to do is use the yarn and tacks sent to hang the poster. Slip one in to a kid’s or an adult’s stocking this winter and they will be thrilled.
Bloom Organic Face Oil–I recently discovered this face oil and I LOVE it. I get super dry in the winter and this oil is so soothing. Bloom uses custom botanicals to nourish the skin and you can choose your oil based on your skin type. The packaging is beautiful too.
Brookside Bars–I’m always on the lookout for a healthy, yummy bar and I think these Brookside ones really fit the bill. They are gluten free, made with nuts and fruit, and the flavors are very festive for this time of year. The dark chocolate coating is a sure sell for everyone as well!
Badass Cookies–A fun name and a healthy cookie for everyone to enjoy, these are great to throw in the stockings as well. My brothers will get a kick out of them and they will definitely come in handy as a power breakfast on the go on ski days.
I hope some of these ideas have given you inspiration. I would LOVE to hear from you what are some of your go to’s for the perfect stocking stuffers.
Happy Holidays!!!
