Spider pose for Halloween!
Don’t be afraid to try this trick! It may look like a complicated pose; but once you stretch your spider legs out and open up your lower back and wrists, you CAN do it. Encourage yourself to try advanced postures, they can be a real treat once you’ve mastered them.
