Simple Healthy Tuna Salad

Jalepeno Dill Safe Catch Tuna Salad

I’m a huge fan of Safe Catch tuna. I discovered it when I was pregnant with Timothy and have been a fan of the low mercury tuna ever since.

With the warmer months right around the corner, here’s a great recipe you can make using Safe Catch or any tuna. I love to serve it in an avocado or a whole grain wrap or pita.

Mix 3 cans of Safe Catch tuna with 2 minced jalapeños, 3 celery stalks diced, 1/2 cup diced red onion, 3/4 cup homemade mayo (or low fat store bought), 3 tbsp dill,1.5 tsp garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Then serve it in an avocado for some healthy fat.
