Spring is here which means it’s time for some spring cleaning! One of the best ways we can spring clean our bodies is through YOGA. Our breath, movement and especially deep twists can work together to massage our internal organs, get the lymph flowing, oxygenate our lungs and clear out any residual cobwebs from the winter months.
I’ve never been one to try any fasts, juices fasts or cleanses; but I do know that drinking lots of water and calorie free unsweetened beverages with high antioxidants, like tea, is another great way for our bodies to feel fresh and pure.
