  • Teaches the importance of breath in stretching and focuses on not mastery of flexibility but mastery of breathing into your own flexibility and understanding your body.
  • Features threading the needle, ankle to knee pose, pigeon/upside down pigeon, cow face/cow face on your back, upside down lizard, figure 8, forward pull, happy baby pose and more.
  • A full stretching sequence that is built to open up the areas that get really tight. The sequence is way more of a stretch than you would get from a class and Kristin is dialed in to teaching about finding your discomfort and knowing when to push your body and when to give in to it as to avoid injury for those who could be nervous about stretching from home.
  • Helps build and lengthen the hip and thigh muscles.
