Planet Oat Oatmilk & my fav chocolate chip cookie recipe!
The Power Of Planet Oat Oatmilk
I love that we live in a world that offers allergy-free options for everyone. One of my favorites as of late is Planet Oat Oatmilk.
My cousin recently found out she is allergic to dairy and can’t have any dairy products. She said she loves to alternate between different kinds of non-dairy alternatives. Her favorite dairy-free milk is Planet Oat Oatmilk too!
There’s truly a Planet Oat for every palate! Flavor varieties include Original, Extra Creamy, Vanilla, and Dark Chocolate. Robert is obsessed with the Dark Chocolate flavor! I love the Extra Creamy for my smoothies, and pour the Vanilla flavor over my granola in the morning. Planet Oat Oatmilk is also soy- and peanut-free!
Knock on wood, Timothy will be able to go back to school this fall and we can feel comfortable bringing in our new favorite cookies which can be made completely dairy-free and gluten-free!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Here is one of my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipes. It can be made without the use of any dairy or gluten and everyone can enjoy them. The boys love helping me make them too!
Oatmilk Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Planet Oat Oatmilk Original
- 1 cup butter (vegan if keeping recipe dairy-free)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup non-dairy or regular chocolate chips (I went for dark chocolate chips!)
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Combine Oatmilk, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
Step 3: Combine flour, baking soda, salt, rolled oats, and chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
Step 4: Mix the dry ingredients with the Oatmilk/butter mixture in batches until fully mixed in.
Step 5: Using a parchment-lined baking sheet, add your cookie dough in 2-inch balls to the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Stick a toothpick in to see if the cookies are ready.
Step 6: Let the cookies cool, and enjoy!
We love a cold glass of Planet Oat Oatmilk with our cookies as well. Planet Oat is available nationwide at Kroger, Shaw’s, Amazon Fresh, and other major retailers.
I’d love to know what your favorite dairy-free treat is! Please feel free to share.
