Mother’s Day for Mums to be
Mother’s Day is around the bend. With Spring babies a plenty, I’ve rounded up a list of the top mommy must haves I couldn’t live without.
The Boppy is a U shaped pillow that acts as the extra arm every mom wishes she had. Comfortable even as support for your bump and then later as your nursing. I also used my Boppy to prop Timothy up on for tummy time and when he was learning to crawl. The Boppy name has been around since the pillow launched in 1989 and it’s a household name you can trust.
Beyond the pillow, Boppy Bloom just launched. Boppy Bloom is a line of mama friendly skin care products such as stretch mark cream and belly butter. I always loved rubbing creams and oils in to my skin when I was pregnant; and I have to admit I didn’t get any stretch marks.
Clearly I have an obsession with boxes. Convenience is something you’ll treasure more than ever as a new mama. The Bluum box gives you a chance to try it all and find your faves; and it grows with you from pregnancy to 5 months. You can choose between a surprise box or one you curate yourself. The box contains a variety of top-reviewed products for both mom and baby.
Safe, clean and natural Babyganics are a great choice for your little bundle. The important products which have the biggest risk for sensitivity such as sun screen and bug repellent are covered; along with other essentials like diapers and cleaning products. With a team of dermatologists, pediatricians, and research scientists they work to provide the best products.
Teething babies chew on absolutely everything. I know teething is a ways off for a mom-to-be but this teething jewelry by Mama & Little is too cute to pass up. The nursing collection also gives your baby something to keep tiny fingers busy and maintain focus at feedings. The unique designs are stylish for mamas and so useful for littles. I also love that it is a family run business and the pieces are packaged so nicely!
You’ve all heard of Rent the Runway, well there’s just such a thing for you when you’re preggers. Borrow For Your Bump allows you the freedom to be fashionable without destroying your pocketbook. As you grow you can stay comfortable and look chic. Obviously this is one of my mommy musts as I’ve already mentioned it in 2 previous posts!
Something I recently came across that seems a little crazy; but just might not be a bad idea, is the Giraffe Razor extension handle. I remember shaving my legs being a little precarious even as a yoga teacher when pregnant. The Giraffe offers moms to be a solution to keep legs smooth even when it seems impossible to reach them!
Great new products are invented every day. This is just a short list of the essentials I don’t think any mom should be without. What are a few of your mommy musts?
