Monday, First day of work in Paris
I’m back in Paris to shoot 30 more yoga DVDs for CoachClub, the company I worked for in October. This time around, I’m doing Postnatal workouts and incorporating Pilates inspired abs in to my yoga routines to help new moms strengthen their pelvic floor muscles as they start doing yoga and exercising again. I did a ton of research before I left, and while I was creating my routines (one of these days I will experience it all first hand!); and now I get to make it all come alive.
I couldn’t ask for a more nurturing, wonderful environment to do it in. I absolutely love working for CoachClub and I felt right back at home this morning when I arrived. I loved seeing all of my friends again and I’m really looking forward to the next 2 weeks here. Even though it’s an awful lot of physical work and concentration to shoot each day, I cherish this time here and the incredible opportunity.

She is the star of over 100 videos, seen in several magazines and tv shows and is a spokeswoman for many brands and causes she believes in. A proud mom to three, she sure keeps herself busy!
