I make it a point to try and get out during my lunch break at work; whether that be by taking a class at my gym and/or taking a brisk walk. On days when I can’t make it to the gym because of work, and on days when the weather is too brutal for a walk (NYC can be tough this time of year), I make it a point to do something exercise wise at home. This could be anything from a 30 minute cardio workout, some yoga, or even some shorter fitness bursts. Thankfully, I have a nice array of fitness DVD’s at home of all types, time lengths, and levels.
