How to Series: Eagle Pose
Summer is winding down and soon we’ll be heading in to Fall. It’s time to bring our senses inward and start to focus the scattered, playful energy we’ve had all summer long. Eagle pose is the perfect posture for honing in and connecting to our inner sunny spirit. We can use this pose to channel our energy so we can stay light and happy through the darker months of Fall and Winter.
Eagle pose not only helps with focus and concentration, it opens up tight shoulders, hips and lower back muscles. It connects us to our core strength, works our balance and tones the inner thighs, hips and waist.
Don’t let the shorter days and colder temperatures keep you from taking flight! Just make sure you take time and space for yourself to go in so you can come out with true insight and focused attention. And always shine your inner light!
