I recently starting filming basic “how to’s” for yoga postures. Many students often ask me to break things down for them or go over proper alignment.
There are still many people who have yet to try Yoga and are afraid to go in to class without knowing the postures. I thought it would be fun to start a series of videos that break down every pose.
Here is a simple cat/cow pose that you can do to loosen up your neck, shoulders and back. It also tones the core region, back, and arms as well as helps us begin to link the breath to the movement.
