How-To: Downward-Facing Dog
Even if you are a seasoned yoga practitioner, it’s always great to go over the basics; and especially with a pose like Downward-Facing Dog.
I constantly find new ways to “take my dog for a walk” so to speak. Dogs are always moving and stretching. When we perform Downward-Facing Dog pose, we also want to move in it and explore it. Keep exploring your Downward-Facing Dog and find as many ways as you can to open up your spine and limbs through this quintessential posture.
