  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin (or protein powder)
  • Optional toppings: bee pollen, coconut flakes, cacao nibs
