Grand Slam Abs

I am so excited! My husband is taking me to the US OPEN for my birthday this year. I’ve always been a huge tennis player and fan. I played on my High School team back in Idaho; and even made it to the state tennis tournament 3 years in a row. I wish I had discovered Yoga & Pilates back then, it is amazing what a strong core can do for a tennis game. Just look at the amazing abdominal muscles on tennis players!

These CORE moves will help you get strong, sexy and svelte abs; and if you’re a tennis player, help you achieve some grand slam plays. I incorporate a tennis ball as a prop but you can also use any small ball or an orange even! As a yogi, they’ll help you with all of your standing postures, balancing poses, inversions and twists.
