Give Yourself a Hug Today
Because all too often we rush through our day without acknowledging our selves for who we are! My mom gives the biggest, bestest bear hugs and they make me so happy. My husband always wants a hug first thing when he gets home from work. Hugs are important for our heart health, for our relationships and for our overall well being. I’m thousands of miles from my parent’s house and my husband works late nights often, so when in need, I can wrap my arms around myself and give myself a big hug. It may sound cheesy and you may feel awkward at first doing it; but seriously, give yourself a hug today and remind yourself that “everything you could possibly ever want, have or need, is right here inside of you.”
