photo 2 As contributing yoga and wellness editor for Health Magazine, I’m writing a weekly blog for News & Views. I’m sad to say I’ve fallen a bit behind on my own blog posts. I’m finding it difficult at the end of a long day of teaching to get on line. I’d much rather be spending time and playing with my precious little guy. When I finally do get him down to sleep (and he’s still not a good sleeper!) I have maybe an hour to wash my face, brush my teeth, catch up on all the emails from the day, write my assignments, try and spend time with my husband before I hear a stir from the nursery or fall in to bed exhausted.

photo 1 I promise you all I will do my best to still keep up with a  post when I can; but in the meantime make sure to check the home page of my website where you can get all of my posts from topics such as “pre workout fat burning snacks” to “mistakes beginner yogi’s make”. Also make sure to sign up for my newsletter if you haven’t already so you can get a monthly update on everything including retreats, giveaways and Timothy adventures. I really appreciate when you give me feedback on topics you’d like to hear more about as well.
