
Celebrate National Pilates Day with this Fun Pilates Workout!
It was National Pilates day this past Saturday which sets the tone for the month of May! I’m so excited to get you connected to your core and in the best shape of your life through Pilates! I’ve been practicing Pilates since the early 1990’s and I absolutely LOVE it. Pilates complements my yoga practice and my life. I feel stronger in my core, I feel more connected to my midline, I find I can balance better, run faster, sit taller and breathe easier when I practice Pilates.
This particular Pilates sequence really concentrates on leaning out the body and lengthening the legs, torso and waist.
