
How to Burn Off the Halloween Candy!
Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays. I love playing dress up and I think it’s so much fun to go trick or treating. My brothers and I used to come home and dump our pumpkin baskets and make trades on candy. I’ve always been a tootsie roll, reeses pieces and kit kat girl. These days I usually keep my chocolate intake to one small square of dark chocolate at the end of a meal. Halloween calls for a few indulgences though, and it’s only once a year!
You don’t have to burn off every calorie you eat; but if you’re curious to know what is in your fav treats here is a great infographic from Aaptiv. I personally love to turn on some good tunes and dance around the living room with my boys after we go trick-or-treating and eat our candy. I know we are all getting in some exercise and still enjoying a little treat.
