21 Day Get Your Body Back Plan
For those of you who don’t know, I just launched an awesome 21 day shape up plan! Mainly focused towards postnatal moms, this plan includes three weeks of meal options, exercises, daily email support and bonus gifts. I want to help nourish and nurture new moms; and help them get back in shape in a safe and mindful way. I realize how hard it can be to find time; especially after having the twins and taking care of Timothy. I never thought I could get back to my pre-baby body.
I made sure to create daily workouts that didn’t take up too much time but delivered great results. I’ve had so many of you ask me how I lost the baby weight and got back into shape. It’s more difficult the second time around. Not only did I gain more weight during this pregnancy, I also had a toddler to look after whenever there was a second to spare or the twins napped. This said, I soon noticed any little bit of movement helped – and doing yoga and Pilates even with all my boys around became a new normal.
The 21 Day Get Your Body Back Plan exists to help you (whether this is your first or fifth pregnancy) feel great in your body in a gentle, results-oriented way. The plan includes plenty of healthy food choices so you can not only get your body back, but enjoy life again.
My program is more about what you can do rather than what you can’t.
Be kind to yourself and nourish yourself while being mindful of what you eat in a positive way. Eating well and moving daily feels GOOD!
You can have a small glass of wine, you can eat a piece of dark chocolate, you can eat carbs and you can go out to eat. You will learn to listen to your body and make healthy choices that nourish your mind, body and soul.
If you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten or dairy free, I offer some alternatives. I personally eat everything and find moderation and smart food pairing makes the most sense for my body. If you’re not seeing results after a certain time, I’m here to help. You can schedule additional coaching, nutrition and personal training sessions with me whenever you need.
I am here to support you no matter what. And most importantly, I want to give you permission to take care of yourself first and foremost. As a new mom, you’re giving so much to your baby. While you wouldn’t trade it for the world, you also need to give to YOU.
When you are feeling your best and treating your body, mind and spirit well, you can give even more without burning out.
