    Fantastic! I’ve been doing Pilates for years and this is a great challenge. I felt muscles in my core area work that have been dormant. As I’m getting older, I’ve started to develop a belly pooch. This routine helps immensely. Also, with age, things I didn’t pay attention to as much have become important. Having the strength and flexibility balance helps me feel years younger.
