Join Me on a CORE REHAB PROGRAM!!!

When I was 8 months pregnant with the twins, I did a prenatal DVD collaboration with Erica Ziel. She is a Goddess for moms. This time around I’m really struggling to return to my pre-baby body, completely understandable after twins via c-section, but still frustrating and discouraging in the brain of a fitness professional. I’m trying to be kind and considerate of my body and realistic about my recovery expectations. That doesn’t mean I don’t have days of low self-esteem like anybody else. That’s why I’d like to invite you to join me on this journey to core rehab; chart our progress together and hold each other accountable

Erica has created a lifestyle program – one that is to educate while also improving balance throughout your body, core strength and overall full body strength, coordination, fascial connections and healing diastasis recti if you have separation. Not only will it beautify your belly, but it will improve your posture, tone your hips and pelvis, create deeper body awareness and teach you how to move properly and initiate from the core.

Whether you are new to exercise or an experienced yogi or pilates aficionado, you will benefit from working through this program. Erica has been in your shoes. She had her own experiences with abdominal separation after her third was born, here’s what she says:

“I’ve worked with a lot of women {pregnant, soon after baby to 30+ years after baby} and my methods work! In part thanks to my own personal struggles and frustrations that led me to improve upon my own methods and create something that is really changing lives. I know what it’s like to be in pain and be frustrated thinking there’s nothing you can do about it– when the reality is – YOU CAN do something about those annoying aches and pains, strengthen you core, heal abdominal separation once and for all and feel like yourself again! I look back at my childhood, and while it was a good one, a big part that was a part of my life was the pain I suffered and how learning to heal my own body through movement and making the proper ‘connections’ {fascial connections that is} I knew this was my path to change lives!”
