Tropical Protein Smoothie
As soon as the weather starts to warm up I crave this fruit smoothie. It’s loaded with healthy fats, plant-based protein, and delicious tropical fruit. Mangoes are high in potassium, vitamin C, fiber, vitamin A, and folic acid.
- 1 cup maple water (coconut water or filtered water would work too)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 scoop vanilla plant protein
- 1 cup frozen organic tropical fruit (strawberries, mango, banana)
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)
Blend and enjoy!
