Raspberry and Cream Smoothie
Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 1
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin (or protein powder)
- Optional toppings: bee pollen, coconut flakes, cacao nibs
- Blend and enjoy!
