This has been my week for sharing with you my other writing outlets and appearances. I have one more blog post I’d love to show you from MindBodyGreen. This is a post I wrote for them about some easy diet tricks that can help people either lose weight, enjoy their food more, stay present at mealtimes or just feel healthier, happier and better nourished overall.   • Love this article on MindBodyGreen Kristin! Such great tips!! I love the eat like a kid tip! Children only eat when they are hungry and eat what sounds good to them–you never see a toddler eating something out of boredom or eating a food just because it is on their dinner plate!
